Right of Withdrawal (EU Law) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at: info@ladylys.com

Conditions for Returns

• Returned within 14 days of notifying us
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags attached
• Original packaging where possible
• Sale items and personalised items are not eligible unless defective

Non-Returnable Items: Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons), personalised items, final sale items, gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@ladylys.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack items securely and send to the address provided
4. Use a tracked shipping service — LADYLYS is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: covered by LADYLYS
• Change of mind: responsibility of the customer
• Ladylys can also offer you a return voucher of 10.99 euros for Europe, 15.99 euros for the USA and Canada and 19.99 for the rest of the world.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ladylys.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
